What policies do I have to provide for my staff?
When issuing a contract for your employee, some standard policies should also be provided. You should make sure that the following basic policies are issued:
- Capability procedure;
- Disciplinary procedure;
- Grievance procedure;
- Equalities policy;
- Health & Safety policy;
- Paternity policy;
- Maternity policy; and
- Flexible Working policy
