Thames North Synod are looking to recruit an innovative and inspiring person to manage and develop the Lumen Centre as a key resource facility for the synod.

The Lumen Centre is located in Central London (Tavistock Place). It is a building that is strategically situated to play a key role in the development of the local community, building bridges with people and with the church and, until recently, was home to a small congregation.

The postholder will have responsibility for developing the vision of the Synod for the use of the building, and will work closely with the Synod Discipleship Enabler, Training Officer and Children and Youth Development Officer to make the most effective use of the building.

A fixed term contract for 2 years at a salary of circa £37,000 - £40,000 per annum based on experience.

In accordance with the Equality Act 2010: Part 1, Schedule 9, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practising Christian.
